When you send a message or request a proposal, we collect what you enter:
- your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number;
- your message and subject, and any property details you share (type of service, size, town).
Information collected automatically
- IP address of form submissions, used only to prevent spam and limit repeated submissions.
- How you found us: the page you first landed on, the referring website, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. This is attached to your request so we know which outreach is working.
- Aggregate site analytics through Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and similar events without using cookies or building a profile of you.
How we use it
- to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal;
- to provide management services if you become a client;
- to protect the website from spam and abuse; and
- to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use our website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as our website host and database provider, under obligations to protect it, and anyone we are required to share it with by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship and any period the law requires afterward.

Resident portal
Current residents pay and submit requests through a third-party portal (CINC), which is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy.
